Refund policy
Because our products can be large wellness items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Installed, used, assembled, custom, or clearance items cannot be returned.
Return shipping and any applicable restocking fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If Your Product Arrives Damaged
Your order is protected.
If your product arrives damaged, please:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Take clear photos of the damage and packaging

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt when possible

Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
Once approved by the manufacturer, we will work with the supplier to:

Send replacement parts, or

Arrange repair, or
-
Approve a replacement unit, if necessary
The solution is determined by the manufacturer and carrier, following their freight guidelines.

Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function is usually resolved with replacement parts
